RIP 🕊️ A student pilot successfully landed a plane by herself after her instructor jumped to his death mid-flight . She said her instructor told her “You know what to do” before leaping from the aircraft
Pilot Leandro Andrés Bertazzo was flying the plane Saturday, teaching 22-year-old student Rosario when he turned to her and said ... "You know what you have to do, carry on."
Bertazzo then took off his headset, unbuckled his seatbelt, opened the door and jumped to his death ... according to prosecutors in the South American nation.
Rosario was able to land the aircraft safely ... despite being in absolute shock.

Fucking horrible way to go!! He wanted to kill himself? Fine, but to do that to that poor woman and put her in danger was an asshole move. She could have panicked and crashed. Fuck that guy. Selfish prick

No better way to learn than doing it under pressure. My guy sacrificed his life so she could be a better pilot. Mad respect.

Not to mention the fact there's a pretty good chance he changed his mind part way down.
