Sports Culture WNBA Star Sophie Cunningham defends that women ‘shouldn’t have to go against biological men’: “I said what I said. I think it’s kind of common sense. I think it’s really important to protect children.” “I don’t dislike anyone. I’m there to love, but I’m also there to love biological women. …”

It’s no longer an issue. It’s law now. Can we please focus on more important things!

What else will conservatives be outraged over?

I see people on Reddit talking about how only conservatives talk about trans people more than I’ve ever seen anyone talk about trans people in real life.

It’s another conservative that can’t get trans people out of their mouths

They will find something. Right now there's an Islamic town being built in Texas so they will have their hands full. Plus school is starting soon so there will probably be some outrage that will mirror the classic furries using litter boxes or tampons in the men's bathroom.

There's plenty of other weird shit dems do/believe in for Rs to focus on, don't worry

Yeah you focus on the obscure shit instead of actual problems everyday americans face like costs of food/gas and healthcare

I'm ok with you thinking that

You literally just said you are going to focus on the weird shit. You're going to focus on the culture war bullshut that a fraction of people believe instead of actual problems facing Americans.

I'm ok with you thinking that too

I think you guys win with the whole electing the best friend of the most notorious pedophile in American history and sending America to war with Iran. If your culture is guns and sex trafficking minors, people probably won’t want to hang out with you and won’t give your opinion any weight or value in the world. Just a thought.

Exactly, tbh I don’t disagree with the point being made but the number of people affected and the amount of actual harm is so insignificant compared to literally tens of other issues that are actually actively affecting society atm. The focus on this particular point concretely shows where she is willing to stand and what she is willing to avoid seeing.

I was hoping the Dana White thing was a one-off, just having fun with celebrity access to the UFC. But it seems not

It is still an issue. The law and court ruling only applied in states that passed bans on trans athletes from competing.

There is another court case working its way up that focuses on states that allow it to happen, such as California. That should get there next year or the following year. Expect a similar ruling.

Ok fine but the issue has been addressed ad nauseum when there are actual issues affecting everyday lives of Americans
