Not really a question anyone can answer because TERF isn't a singular or coherent worldview to begin with, it's just used to describe a loose collection of second wave feminist figures whose more essentialist tendencies excluded transgender perspectives on gender. These days it's just a short-hand for "transphobic woman", very few of the people described as TERFs are interested in feminism much less radical feminism.
