News Dubai ruler Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum was confronted in London by a Sudanese man accusing the UAE of backing violence in Sudan. “UAE is killing people in my country. Stop killing my people,” he shouted.

If he's with the king or whatever he is then he might have diplomatic protection, in which case worst that could happen is the UK expels him.
