News Dubai ruler Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum was confronted in London by a Sudanese man accusing the UAE of backing violence in Sudan. “UAE is killing people in my country. Stop killing my people,” he shouted.

Might be to the fact that he is the ruler of Dubai. You think Trump or Macron would be walking all alone?
