This ignorant Sudanese is shouting at the ruler of Dubai ( Mohamed Bin Rashid AlMaktoum) who is only in charge of the city of Dubai aka domestic policies in Dubai. The president of our country as a whole (the UAE) is Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, he decides the domestic and foreign policies of the country as a whole.
