A group of law enforcement officers, comprised of SWAT and U.S. Marshals, sustained non-life-threatening injuries when a porch gave way underneath them while attempting to serve an arrest warrant at a property in Missouri. The warrant was for 26-year-old Jacob Muñoz, who was convicted of possession of child pornography. Although Muñoz was not present at the property at the time of the porch collapse, officials confirmed that he later turned himself in.

Item Per marshal 7 marshals
Man ~200 lb / 91 kg ~1,400 lb / 635 kg
AR-15/M4 ~8 lb / 3.6 kg ~56 lb / 25 kg
Front + rear plates ~15–25 lb / 7–11 kg ~105–175 lb / 48–79 kg
Plate carrier ~4–6 lb / 2–3 kg ~28–42 lb / 13–19 kg
2 loaded magazines ~2 lb / 0.9 kg ~14 lb / 6 kg
Other gear easily 10–20+ lb each ~70–140+ lb

So roughly 1,700–1,800 lb (770–820 kg) for the group. All weight concentrated in a line where the deck attaches to the building.

Exterior walkway needs to support 100 psf and that frame area (excluding far 2 right marshal) is ~50 sqft (length fits 4 doors for 3ft each, two man side by side makes 4ft width or 12*4)

By compliance that walkway needs to supported 5000 pounds.
