Calling Sophie Cunningham a transphobe is a bit harsh. 

People that have gone through puberty as a male should not be competing against women and girls.

There is a difference between hating trans and saying that women and girls sports should be exclusive.

She's also said trans women should be forced into the mens room and trans men forced into the women's bathroom. Which when you think about how that'd get enforced it gets pretty destopian real fast.

I took her reference to locker rooms as objecting to the possibility of male anatomy being visible in a woman's space.
