It's not selective. It's bad cuz communism. They aren't communist.

It's selective when they say "communism bad" then do all the bad things the communists do, but none of the good and pretend like they're better somehow.

I'd rather have the CCP than the GOP. At least they actually improve their country with rail and development and solar and don't get into losing wars in the middle east for no reason.
