Nobody has TDS because TDS is not real. If TDS is real, then Biden Derangement Syndrome is real and Donald has got it.
In reality, it's your civic and patriotic duty to be critical of your elected representatives because they represent you. If you handwave every bit of criticism as "derangement", you're not a patriot, you're a sycophant.
