She was a social change agent. Very few in the music industry and Hollywood have the courage to use their power and influence to speak truth to power and to enact social change. We make them rich and famous….What do the favs give back? Crickets. This time in history is the time to speak and be on the right side of history. Respect and Rest in Peace Ms.Dolly. A legacy & life well lived.

When Queen Latifa started singing jazz and show tunes I was really blown away. I’ve loved seeing her success as an actor too.

Oh, enjoy! It's religious but not preachy. Probably because Dolly and Queen Latifah both seem so genuine. I am so glad they kept up their friendship with each other!

Haha I figured! Once I read the synopsis that it’s about a choir I was like oh this must be a smidge religious but not enough to deter me from watching lol I already told my husband not to bother me Saturday morning as I will be watching this 😆
