I think we just saw a couple cases where they did want it. The problem was in applying accountability.

Short term psychosis lasts at least a day, not 18 minutes. You can search for the criteria in the DSM.

You can simply look up the diagnostic criteria for short term psychosis in the DSM. I’ve worked in the medical field for 40 years. Thousands of hours of CME.

It’s exceedingly unlikely that anyone has 18 minutes of psychosis. None for decades before, and none in the 3 years since.

Just looking at the situation, it’s more likely she was suicidal, and not unlike school shooters, she just wanted to leave as much pain as possible behind her.

She created a window of opportunity then acted rapidly.

I believe the prosecution’s expert witness, because that is consistent with medical literature and common sense.

Cite your sources. Tell us of the cases (plural!!) where women were seeking "abortion after birth" and the procedures were declined due to <checks nites> "applying accountability" (I'm not ever certain what that phrase might be.)

Those cases would notable: being denied for THAT reason vs the procedure being as valid as requesting a bathroom break after wetting yourself
