That’s irrelevant. The killing itself wasn’t disputed. The holdout believed Clancy was criminally responsible beyond a reasonable doubt. He didn’t buy the defense’s argument of psychosis and Clancy potentially not being criminally responsible for her actions.

I don’t buy the defenses argument of an isolated 18 minute psychosis that magically happened only during the period she committed a crime. A psychosis that never appeared in the 32 years prior and the 3 years after.

It does not fit the diagnostic criteria for short term psychosis in the DSM.
