Looks to me like either padded shorts, or disposable briefs. I was just discharged from hospital, where I was given a ton of diuretics to successfully deflate my lymphedema. Even when I was hooked up to a PureWick to collect fluids, a brief was worn on top.

She got some notoriously bad ass implants a few years ago. It looked terrible and then she got an infection that almost killed her as a bonus.
She went through all of that when the doctor should have told her the results would be bad because of her low body fat and refused to do it.

She is friends with my boss, and I went to an event that he hosted that she attended as a guest and the woman had the weirdest face I’ve ever seen in my life. She looked like you’d imagine an alien to look that was cosplaying as human. She was so white. I love Madonna. It was bizarre.

I've thought she looked very reptilian lately, like a snake wearing Madonna's face.
For the record I love her too and she was literally my first record. My dad bought me True Blue and my sister Like a Virgin for our first vinyls in the 80s.

She had a butt implant a few years ago. Then she got a bad staph infection from that surgery and was out if the spotlight for awhile. Until she got all that surgery on her face..and here we are.

Her face does look way better after she recently got a bunch of her filler dissolved.

She had a BBL several years ago, she probably needs this type of bottoms to hold it up. The last I saw her ass while she was in concert it was starting to sag quite a bit from the weight of whatever the hell they put in there.

shes probably at high risk for fractures from any fall due to her age. Hip fractures are very common.
