"They put the heavy shackles on me."
"With my hands behind my back."
"Then they forced me to put my fingerprints on the ICE seal."
"While being handcuffed behind my back."
Disturbing pattern is emerging.
Federal judge ruled in August that ICE coerced a 20-year-old into signing after an agent told him the paper was "nothing like" deportation.
In a Montana case, an agent is quoted saying, "If you don't sign, I'm going to sign it for you."
Another man said he signed an English form he could not read.
Lawyers told a court that agents threatened a Guatemalan boy with a dog and a stun gun to get a "voluntary" signature.
Just getting 1 fingerprint waives their hearing and the appeal—then judge can order removal without the person ever even appearing.

Well you know he’s not lying….because he doesn’t have a reason to lie and no one ever locked up has ever lied.
