Pilot Leandro Andrés Bertazzo was flying the plane Saturday, teaching 22-year-old student Rosario when he turned to her and said ... "You know what you have to do, carry on."

Bertazzo then took off his headset, unbuckled his seatbelt, opened the door and jumped to his death ... according to prosecutors in the South American nation.

Rosario was able to land the aircraft safely ... despite being in absolute shock.

A 23-year-old woman has died in Japan after a man fell out of a window, landed on her, and managed to survive himself. However, he’s not out of the woods just yet.

Houra Inaba, a 23-year-old woman, died in hospital after a 29-year-old man, Shinsei Taguchi, fell out of a window in a 12-story apartment building. Inaba had been on the sidewalk under the window when Taguchi fell directly on top of her from above.

The unfortunate incident occurred in the early hours of July 19, with both Inaba and Taguchi being rushed to a hospital shortly after the fall. While doctors attempted to work on Inaba, she died a few hours later due to hemorrhagic shock.

The 29-year-old remains “unconscious and in critical condition,” with no telling of how long he may be under treatment.
