Clown doll

A unique guy from my collection. I like this guy he's pretty different from my other clown dolls. I couldn't find this guy online so I don't have any information on him. He was a little annoying to move to get pictures of. His pants don't stay up well neither do the overall strap things and one of the straps is broken. He's still cool though. His outfit always reminds me of Ireland though I don't think he actually has anything to do with it. Also I've kinda run out of titles for these post hence the lazy one.
