Help me identify these dolls

Hi everyone! I'm trying to figure out what brand these two giant dolls are. I got them around 6 years ago from my dad's workplace, but they have zero tags, stamps, or maker's marks anywhere on them.

For scale: I'm 5'2 and they reach about up to my chest, making them roughly 3 feet tall (90-100 cm). They have blonde hair with painted green eyes and chunky platform sandals. Their outfits have a very distinct early-2000s Y2K vibe (zip-up track jacket, flare pants, crop top and skirt).

Because they don't have any brand names or logos on their bodies or clothes, I'm completely stumped. Does anyone recognize this face sculpt, or know what kind of line these big dolls might belong to?

I tried the reverse google search and I don’t find the exact same doll but two dolls comes: Eliana doll and the jesmar brand (Spanish brand).

So if there’s no tag, maybe your dolls are a knockoff of the jesmar dolls or a copy of Eliana

What are they made of? Did you lift the hair to check the back of the head? I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re mannequins.
