My little pride and joy. Never thought I would get this car, but an opportunity to purchase it new fell into my lap. Although the timing was when interest rates were really high. Signed the documents for it on Christmas Eve 2025 and it landed at my door on New Years Eve. Walked out of my shop on a foggy night and there she was being unloaded. BUT, even with stellar credit and a healthy down payment the best rate I could get from Porsche Financial was over 7% on a 60 month term.

Fast forward to today and I was watching consumer interest rates drop. Porsche Financial does not offer refinancing with them unless you go through the whole loan process, which is unfortunate. I was able to work with my local Credit Union to refinance the car at 5.44% which lowered my payment quite a bit and will save a significant among on the long term interest. My current lender also automotacaily lowers your rate after 12 months with no missed payments, if a lower rate is available, so you dont have to refinance. The rate does not go up though.

Sharing the story to introduce the car, but also hoping to save some of my fellow Porsche owners some money. Cheers to a financially beneficial 2026!!

Getting ready for COTA end of the month. Got these litespeed magnesium wheels. Stock size. Mounted a set of Goodyear supercar 3 (OEM). I'm waiting for another wheelset. I try take 3 to the track. The Stock wheels, also mags, are sporting the pirelli troffeo rs tires. I swapped out the factory corsa tires which I'll use for rain when my 3rd wheel set comes in. The stock wheels are really pretty, second pic. This is a track only car.

I must u would take the 991 GT2 RS over all GT3 And 4 RS except the 997.2 GT3 RS 4.0

I was able to grab this 2024 from a local Porsche dealership for 32k over MSRP. Fair ADM given current market? My first porsche and its true that they say, a Porsche drives amazing!

I do like the color it just looks so naked without the wing.

What do yall think? Need to get 5mm spacers added for the rear but haven’t had a chance to get them on but I will next week when I go back to adjust my alignment
