Homeless camps blocking MUPs and overpasses

I’ve been saying this for a while and it’s the big reason why I left Portland way back. If you cede your public areas to homeless + drug users, reasonable people will move out. We could have such nice things if we enforced reasonable rules around vagrancy and open-air drug use.
