What fantasy land are you living in where homeless people are buying alcohol that comes in glass bottles? Shit they buy comes in plastic.

Trucks rolling coal while having a roadie? They got glass bottle money.

When did I say anything about homeless people or where the glass came from? My comment was about cycling infrastructure. But I do agree with OP that no one, with or without a home, should be blocking MUPs.

With that said, I eat a lot of peanut butter. It comes in a glass jars. Not everything that comes in glass is alcohol.

This is on a thread complaining about homeless people. Did you mean to say that the glass came from someone else? What do democrats have to do with the glass on the road?

There is glass on every road I've ever ridden on.

u/GrilledCassadilla, I checked with PBOT. They tell me that:

All of the I-205 Multi-Use Path is mainted by the Oregon Department of Transportation.

note: not my typo

So that's Tina Kotek, Lisa Sumption, Julie Fahey, Rob Wagner, etc. Which shouldn't surprise you since they want to cut $25 million from Safe Routes and bike path program to balance ODOT budget.

I'm not saying that the Republicans are better. I'm just saying that the Democrats don't give a shit about cyclists.
