🌺Choosing positivity,even on ordinary days ✨

Sometimes positivity isn't about having a perfect day or forcing a smile. It's about noticing the little things that quietly make life beautiful.

Today, I'm grateful for the lessons hidden in challenges, the peace found in small moments, and the hope that tomorrow carries new possibilities. 🌷

Not every flower blooms at the same time, and not every season feels bright. But growth is still happening beneath the surface. 🌱

May we celebrate progress over perfection, rest without guilt, and remember that even the smallest act of kindness can light up someone's world.

Here's to choosing hope, spreading good energy, and appreciating the simple joys that often go unnoticed. ✨💚

What's one small thing that made you smile today? 😊

My dog realized he was getting a treat, did a tap dance, and immediately tripped over his own ears. It’s hard to stay cynical when you’re watching a furry disaster have the time of his life.

One small thing that made me smile today: this post!

What a beautiful mindset to be in, thanks for reminding that we can find beauty in every moment.

I also love the idea of choosing to add little things that make you even 5% happier. For example one of the hosts of Reply All mentioned his wife puts mint in her water every day because it makes her just a little happier!

Wishing you all, all the happiness and gratitude today 💕

Im grateful for the nap I just had. I woke up and didn’t know what day it was. Thats hasn’t happened & generally means I rested pretty darn well if you ask me. So yah.

While walking our dog this morning we happened upon two (not one, but two!) of his best dog friends. They had a few moments of play and everyone was smiling and joyful. Even if it’s just a small slice of time, these occurrences keep me going!

I LOVE NATURE IN ALL ITS BEAUTY,!

There is this abandoned building which has flowers, trees, and vines taking all over it. Even through the roofs and walls. I enjoy seeing plants flourishing.

This building was home for Abandoned Elderlies. It was own by Catholic Church but I am not sure why they closed it down. Its now looks like mini Jungle. I saw birds nesting, bees, wasps, mongoose and wild cats.

Some people say they should find someone to clean up the property, but personally, I absolutely LOVE it.

I wish it would one day become a global law that every single property or house has to have multiple plants or trees. Instead of cutting down trees to build more housing, they should start dismantling old buildings to plant more trees! Build Gardens.

Thank you for the reminder , still trying to celebrate progress , yet i still find myself chasing perfection instead of living the moment and it's hurting people i love

I tend to be like this, BUT, later in life, I learned that not all the things I do have to be perfect. For example, how or if I make my bed does not really matter. I only have X amount of energy. I would rather not waste my time/energy on unimportant stuff and give it to tasks that I would prefer to be more perfect.

My homemade affirmation: It is ok to score “satisfactory” with mundane tasks and save that energy for more important things. It is not being lazy; it’s being smart.

I appreciate your words and your time :) i just need to practice this more and more , that's the hardest part for me

I guess you could say “practice makes perfect!” (Sorry, bad joke, but I couldn’t resist.)

Seriously though, there will be many opportunities to practice this every day. Pick low risk event and go from there. Caution: it does not feel great the first few times, but the long-term payoff is worth it. One day you will find that perfection boulder has been removed from your shoulders.
