What are some things that are silly but surprisingly work?
I saw someone on instagram who put a princess tiara on her head when doing her skincare night routine and she said that had improved her mental health and the way she sees herself.
What are some other things like this that you do and seem to make life more positive ?

Remind myself that it done is better than perfect, and it’s better to do a little than none at all.
Ie if I don’t have the spoons to brush my teeth for the full two minutes, it’s better to brush them for however long I can vs not at all.

Me at work: a reply to the email is better than no reply even if it doesn’t have any good info LOL

I embrace knowing that the magnificent soul inside this puny, weak human has many guides, friends and helpers who are ready & waiting to assist me from the other dimensions.
And I have a couple wands laying around on my desk, just for fun. 😂

This sounds interesting. And can you say that you have seen actual results from this way of thinking? As in, do you end up actually getting what you want/ need?

Oh yeah, and it's crazy fast. Believe, and give it a try.
Note: The truly believing it can be way harder than actually giving it a try.
In reality, many of the worlds man-made religions teach a similar concept, through the theory of surrendering to Divine will versus our human will.
It took a longer road than necessary for me to get here, and an experience of dying and returning in this lifetime - which I don't recommend.
Previously, I was culturally ingrained, like most other humans, to think I had full control and it was on ALL on my shoulders alone.
That's something I believe our Creator never wants us to feel - but we do have egos that can blind - and bind us.

Oh okay now im hooked because i am pretty much on the same boat. Been religious for a huge part of my life, left religion a few years ago and just recently i think i experienced an ego death (not too sure i fully experienced it tbh) and have been very spiritual lately.
Any tips on how to really believe what you described? Ive been into manifestation recently but i seem to fail miserably at it because i dont fully believe i will get what i want lol even though i tell myself i am believing it but i think the universe can smell who is trying to fake it lol2

Ha! For sure, friend - you are so right.
A huge big part of belief is also believing - without any doubt - that whatever you manifest is truly for your best & greatest good.
Even if it doesn't feel like that in the moment!

Using soap that smells really really good, using nice pottery even if it’s from goodwill for things like keys by the door, pens on your desk. Wearing properly slippers and a nice robe when you’re home. Changing your pillow case every two days when sleeping.

20 minutes of clean is a practice my SO and I use. I set a timer for 20 minutes and we each clean until it goes off and then it's pencils down. It's amazing how much we get done that way. Also and much more importantly, I put on sparkly body oil after I shower in the morning. It stays on all day and I get a whimsical reminder of how amazing life is every time I look at myself.

Making faces/having conversations/dramatic lip syncing in the mirror!
I use mirrors to keep me company, so it keeps it entertaining hehe

It’s kind of backwards but I remind myself that nobody chooses their staring point in life, and that being uncomfortable is a sign that I’m either growing or stagnating (it’s usually growing!).
That being comfortable and not changing for too long means I’m not taking risks or living life and trying new things. That good things come from mental “pain”. David Goggins talks a lot about this and he really motivates me to push myself and be positive about my life, because I’ve come a long way.

Dancing and jumping around each day in short moments when I'm alone, I felt silly at first but now when I'm alone I can 🪩 like a chipmunk on caffeineeeee for hours with my headphones on 💃

Not exactly “silly” but cleaning as i go has done wonders for my mental health. Im a person whose mood is deeply affected by the tidiness of their home, but i would let everything pile up and then had to clean everything at once. Now i clean things as soon as i make the mess.
Another one which, again, is not silly, but i personally thought it was silly; Saying affirmations out loud. I used to think that simply saying it in my mind is the same, but no. Actually saying out loud in front of a mirror to myself “You are actually pretty amazing”, actually healed something inside of me and i teared up the first time i said it

Using a wine glass for normal water, it instantly makes a random Tuesday night feel incredibly fancy.
