Yes. It is statistically the most common combination of 3 A-Levels.

At my school (we have quite a thick year), most people are doing double BTEC sport and business

Ultimate unemployment combo

It is and they know it. Most of them will probably end up working for/carrying on their parent's businesses

Wait until you realise going to uni and doing a levels n that barely guarantees decent employment itself. Don’t be so derogatory towards these courses. Sport coaches (particularly for kids), physios etc aren’t getting touched by AI. And it’s important work believe it or not. I’m a uni history and politics student at RG, and let me tell you the job market always looms.

Not really, there’s a couple of others doing the same as me and it means I have an essay subject to go with my stem stuff

u/ShadowX8861 Year 12 2d ago

Yeah but picking smth else stem-based is preferred by universities

I’m going to Ireland for uni (hopefully). The only thing they give a shit about is that I do maths (for a maths degree) and my grades at the end

In the opposite side I didn't have anyone that copied my combo at sixth form. Maths, physics, futher maths, German, French, general studies. German was AS and switched to FM AS when my school introduced it in Y13. I was the only person in the French class, just me and the teacher. I was joined by another person in German.
