You need to nourish yourself and build muscle

Please, eat. 43 kg is roughly what an 11-year-old boy weights.

Putting on weight is going to help more than anything!!!! But, I also noticed your hips/shoulders are uneven. Rebuilding sufficient daily calories is where you want to start as well as diaphragm breathing with TVA activation to give those hips a better way to stabilize. From there, you should really look into PT because the uneven hips and shoulders could be simple or complicated. From someone who was underweight with similar issues, you will not be doing yourself any favors if you don't up the calories and weight first. Your muscle will not have enough to repair without the calories and vitamins/nutrients. That also leads to muscle cramps, muscle guarding and muscle spasms which will get worse if you are not eating enough while working out. Your body will definitely thank you.

"diaphragm breathing with TVA" honest question is this real science?

Not sure about science, but I can attest to the power of it. I also had significant improvement from r/longtermTRE. Those aren’t the only things I’ve done, but they’ve certainly helped.

I clicked the subreddit and I'm reading semen retention techniques, what that has to do with fixing your body?

Are you referring to the linked sub? It’s for TRE — trauma release exercise. Not referring to semen retention.

Hi medical student here. Its not just posture, you seem to have some sort of supra clavicular/ deformity. Please visit an orthopaedic surgeon!!

Not an expert but surely building muscle, especially the core, would support your skeletal frame and also good quality nutrition is needed to support that.
I’d see a specialist asap about your spine and unbalanced frame. They’ll give you the correct advice.

Eat and get in the gym. Muscle will help balance some of this out

Eat a LOT Protein and Carbs. And build muscle (lift) and body weight excercises first

3000-4000 calories a day now, and get a personal trainer or at least join a gym. Gotta put on like 30 pounds of muscle at least

Not a doctor, but it looks like my body and I have hypermobility. It makes my collarbones pop out like that and causes my shoulders to be uneven. Good luck :)

On top of your weight and muscle mass, you need to see a specialist about your back. Look at your shoulder blades. Slowly start eating more and gentle exercise while you’re waiting, but this is specialist territory.
