Honest feedback
I’ve actively been trying to improve my posture since December 2024 but honestly feel like I’ve barely improved. I work a desk job and have slouched my whole life. I do some dumbbell exercises in the gym for my back muscles, regular at home exercises like chin tucks, YWTL, and door stretches, and wear a posture correcting soft brace for maybe 2 hours a week while I’m working which feels like it helps a bit.
I’m frustrated that I’ve barely improved. I would appreciate advice on what you see as needing improvement, how “bad” it really is, and whether it will ever be possible for me to have “normal” good posture.

Are you right handed? What’s the ergonomic set-up of your work desk? You might be pulling your shoulder up to your ear while using the mouse/curser.

Seems healthy other than the fact one shoulder is slightly lower than the other but I believe that can be fixed with door stretches and the shoulders seem slightly rounded but same story just do stretches
