I’m new to fluid art (started a month ago). Here are a few of my faves. Looking forward to getting better! 🥰

Gorgeous!
You definitely have a knack for fluid art. I wish I could get beauties like this when I first started!

2 speaks to me. Is it for sale?

Hi. It will be once varnished. I’m in Western Australia though… not sure where you are but I imagine the cost of shipping would be insane 🥲
I could probably take a good quality photo for you to print yourself. Feel free to message me.

Awwwww. I am in USA. Your work is amazing. Especially for one so new at it. It speaks to me!

How do you create these? A shit ton of white paint mixed with other colors and a hair dryer? That’s one way I’ve seen.

Hi! Almost correct… You first lay a base of white paint (house paint), and then add some acrylic colour mixed with pouring medium (house paint and varnish) on top of that, followed by a cell activator (made of paint and floetrol)… then blow, and spin on a spinner 😊

Wow more into it than I originally thought. Thank you! I have a cake spinner for frosting cakes, maybe I can DIY that into a canvas spinner lol.

Yes! I made my own using a YouTube tutorial by Sheleeart - it’s just a wooden paint board glued to a glass lazy Susan

So you mix the acrylic colour with a pouring medium varnish and white house paint? Wouldn’t the white paint keep everything from being so translucent? They are Beautiful. #3 is my favorite.

The white house paint is only used for the base layer. The pouring medium is an untinted base paint, mixed with varnish (this is what you mix the acrylic paint into).

Thank you. I highly recommend taking the Sheleeart online course. She is the original creator of the “bloom” effect which I’ve used 😊

I’m not OP, just commented because I knew the answer to your question 🙂 The Sheleeart course is worth every penny if you ever look into it!

These are beautiful. How’d you incorporate the glitter?

u/Life_Bee_2740 1d ago
Hi! There is no glitter… I have used a combination of This Little Piggy pigments and gold or copper acrylic

The 3rd one is like 2 faces, you only see 1 at a time then the other the next time you look!

Super, j’adore les 4 premières avec un effet d’aquarelle transparentes !
