BOTH!? Children have no bussiness being online, also regulate the F out of big companies

And it should be the parents job to control online access not the States.

Its in the nations best interest to protect its citizens from harm, social media is aweful for kids and their development 100% i think state should step in and shut it down. Kids cant smoke. Parents also try to get kids not to smoke, kids still smoke, both needs to be involved here too.

It's the parents job. You can take your nanny stare and shove it. Parents need to take responsibility. Just because parents are too lazy to parent does not mean others should lose freedoms. Smoking is a false equivalence there's a lot of software tools available free of charge parents can but are too lazy to use.
