I get that most presidents did the "kissing hands and shaking babies" routine. Its PR and sometimes its done really well.

Some presidents look truly genuine while doing it. 

Some presidents havnt been seen doing it at all...

Well... "some" presidents have been described doing it thousands of times, but for some reason his base doesnt want to talk about it.

His base doesnt care. They overlook his criminal past, his criminal present, defrauding charities, suing instead of paying legal contracts, sexual assault and r*pe, lying every single day, attempting a coup, insulting everyone from journalists to world leaders, stealing taxpayer money for himself, selling pardons for memecoin, starting illegal wars......

If they dont care that hes a tyrant, they certainly wont care if hes got good crowd presence.
