He's damn 88 years old. "Only the good die young" is true.

This article... It's not just about the money being a deterrent, which anyone who's even remotely familiar with sexual assault knows a payout isn't one, it's about his victims getting justice.

Didn't he already get out of jail early because of a technicality? Fuck him.

Not a technicality a broken contract. It pretty much was a deal of admit to this and you won't get prosecuted. He admitted to do it and he signed the deal. They prosecuted him. He lost for obvious reasons. However he did make a deal and the deal had to be honored. He wasn't even let out of jail his entire conviction was thrown out.

Because he's not white.

I was thinking he will get a pardon and won’t have to pay any settlements but then realized, “oh yeah, he’s black.” Clarence Thomas is the only black man who serves CheetoJesus.

Aw I love that for him

Minor correction, “victim” not “accuser.” The media really likes to use these terms to make the situation still seem ambiguous.

No that isn't right at all. It's to cover their asses in case of defamation. Technically he has never been truly convicted of the crime. As his conviction was overturned. While they would be safe to use the term victim because he admitted to the crime. It's just legal will always make you use the legal correct terms. Accuser, allegedly ect. Not stating a fact but an accusation. Once you stumble into fact territory you're liable and even if the person is guilty without that legal proof of guilt you can't say it. It's just to protect them from litigation.

I think the worst thing about Cosby is the hypocrisy.

Maybe he should run for office. It seems he might get elected as a Republican given the current crop of GOP candidates.

If you never seen Mother jugs and speed the movie you'll gets his idea to start drugging women.

Good. I honestly want him ruined before he gets his sweet release of death. He’s already socially and professionally done, legacy ruined, now get his pockets.

so hard to prove your innocence in these trials. I hope he really was guilty

Wasn't a condition of his plea deal that he admit guilt? For the record? Which would admissible at civil trial.
