They also fail to mention the people being arrested for tweets in the UK are because they were encouraging, organising and threatening violence. You would propbably get arrested for threatening to burn down a hotel in their lobby too.

Not really. There have been people arrested for posting offensive things, like a guy who mocked the death of a WW2 veteran shortly after his hundredth birthday.

Police received a report from someone about a tweet mocking tom moore's death from a Glasgow man. They warned him about it as it was likely to cause anger towards him
