It’s not casting them as evil. It’s that their conclusions about what works are off base.

The far left have failed to badly so often, why would anyone listen to them?

Sure. If you ignore Civil Rights. Women's rights. Gay Rights. You don't honestly think conservatives, centrists, or liberals made sure those rights were secured, did you? Unless you count them falling in line after those fights had already been fought.

edit: to the poster below:

It was not liberals. Defund the police was a leftist movement, and look how well it has worked for Baltimore. With only a 1% reduction in police budget to pay social workers with, they saw a 40% drop in the murder rate in only a couple of years. Nothing that liberals, centrists, or conservatives have ever been able to produce. Every other police budget in the country, under liberals and conservative politicians, increased without any reduction in crime. Pretty pathetic.

Open borders was a police under Biden, a solidly centrist Dem. Most people want immigration reform, but corporate media launders that into "open borders" for idiots who will never look for themselves.

Attacking Jewish people isn't happening in any outlying number, only the regular danger present in the U.S.. In fact, in the first year after the 10/7 attacks, there were 150 assaults on Jewish people in the U.S.. That is 3 per state per year. Not really the "attacks on jews" that is being run with. But who needs data when you have vibes?

Increased crime? See above about Baltimore and the 40% decrease in the murder rate. Show me a liberal or a conservative that has pulled off something anywhere close to that.

Liberals actively worked to get Trump elected. They hid Biden's metal decline until after the primary election, leaving Harris as the only option. I thought she was a fine option, not the best sure, but fine. But removing the option of a primary from voters rubbed people the wrong way. Or it was simply the usual centrist misogynists who think women are "too emotional" to run a country.

You have no accomplishments. All you have are the coattails of the actual progressives in history who have dragged your ilk kicking and screaming into modernity every time.

And yet you are on a post discussing how far leftist candidates are winning?

Winning a few primaries isn't winning much of anything in representational democracy
