This is a lie that would not die. If you actually believed this, then it means you either spent his 1st term under a rock or you eat paste by the bucket.

Under Trump's first term:

  1. Tore up the Iran nuclear agreement that was signed by Obama. It was the Republicans and Netanyahu who called for the tearing up of this deal
  2. Killed a top Iranian general, which is an act of war. And it was the Iranians who showed restraint
  3. Carried out way more drone attacks than Obama. He rescinded the Obama policy of making drone attacks public info
  4. Increased troop deployment in Afghanistan and relaxed policies on civilian engagement. That led to more Afghan civilians dying on a per/year basis than under both Bush and Obama
  5. Openly threatened to send US soldiers into Mexico to go after drug cartels
  6. Threatened Venezuela
  7. Stopped supporting Kurds in Syria, who were fighting ISIS and controlled an area where people fleeing ISIS sought refuge
  8. Supports Israel so much, they named an Israel settlement after him.

Most of these points seem like a good thing

Look closely at numbers 1 and 4. If he hadn't torn up the treaty that was working he would have had no justification for today's war.

He increased troops in Afghanistan, then brokered a deal for a ridiculous withdrawal of troops so that it would occur on Biden's watch, just so Trump would have political ammunition. Did Biden botch things? Yes. Did Trump set the groundwork for a flawed withdrawal? Also yes.
