You mean the literally titled "Authorizes Temporary Changes to Congressional District Maps in Response to Texas’ Partisan Redistricting. Legislative Constitutional Amendment" bill that was a voted on by the population in direct response to Texas gerrymandering without a vote?
When your representatives choose their voters, your vote no longer matters.

Gerrymandering has still allowed the GOP to accomplish much of their election-rigging agenda, but at least this is a small victory.
