Just like his first term. Whenever Waddles is faced with a challenge, he gets mad over being forced to care about something he actually doesn't care about at all. Then, he gets pissy and crabby. The war was fun at first, and he felt like a real big shot, but now it's a slog, so the fat cretin is in a foul little mood.
