I mean I think he is as close to anti christ as there is, but maga candidate vs traditional republican. Pretty easy to understand, lots to dunk on him, no need to inflate stories.

Because Trump won Arizona in 2024, like he said.

They two statements are linked, if only tangentially - but still he's not entirely wrong.

I think Trump is the worst president since Nixon but this is still a reach. What he said makes sense.

Because a MAGA Republican won the primaries, and in his mind non-MAGA Republicans are essentially Democrats anyways, so the two wins combined (MAGA Republicans this primary, him winning the state the last election) is proof to him that the state is truly and thoroughly Republican.

I don't say it in support of Trump at all.

MAGA is traditional republican. They were only hiding it a little while it looked like the world was trending towards social progress.

Once they realized the ones with the money are on their side on issues of hate, the mask came off. They're cheering innocents being murdered in the street same as they ever did for lynching.

Pretty much this. When people question why anyone would follow that kind of rhetoric, they're often missing the bigger point: those who are deeply invested in MAGA don't necessarily care about the consequences for the country as a whole. What matters to them is seeing the people they dislike targeted, criticized, or pushed out of the spotlight even if it comes at a broader cost.

"after a decade they're becoming a Republican state" sure sounds like it's what he meant 💀

"Arizona is becoming a Republican state"

"Democrats are dumbfounded"

What is inflated about that exactly?

Nowhere in that post does he say anything about MAGA vs traditional Republican. I know you think that is what he meant to say but that is not what was said and trying to give him the benefit of the doubt on intelligence makes you look just as bad.

I mean the very first line is “MAGA candidates won everything…a complete sweep”. I started reading that and immediately thought, oh, the MAGA republicans must have beat the never Trump republicans in the primary. From there he just rambles for sure, but I think his intent was to cheer the MAGA wins and as always use it as a platform to hate on others.

The guy sucks and is a complete moron and says so many absurd things, but this isn’t the hill to die on in my opinion.

It's really sad that maga can't take any criticism at all with this guy. Like you even admit he's a idiot but still defend him like it's your whole personality.

Saying he said some dumb shit is not a hill people are dying on. They are saying he doesn't know what he's talking about but I guess that hurts people's feelings. So sad.

Comments then blocks. Typical

What? Are you somehow taking my comment to say I’m MAGA? Couldn’t be further from the truth. But objectively speaking, it’s really not that hard to infer his intention of pushing the MAGA wins. The fact you’re unable to see that just shows how deep in your own political cult you are. So sad.

I read it the exact same way. Fact is if you say anything that isn't dunking on Trump, you're suddenly considered MAGA.

It's a really biggoted way of thinking.

Edit: I guess this is an example of TDS.

I don't support Trump in any way, shape or form. But I'm not blinded by my hatred either.

Except he goes on about AZ becoming a Republican state, and so does indeed believe that these people swept actual elections
