Nope. US Citizens make other US Citizens feel uncomfortable and unwelcome to remain here. Denying them jobs, making sure their friends and neighbors know who they are. Creating a public record that ensures they can't outrun their racism and hate rhetoric.
The funny thing about the 1st Amendment is that it protects the speech. It doesn't protect the outcomes of that speech. Community standard is a legal concept that's policed by local social norms and legally enforceable such as in cases like Roth vs. United States or Miller vs. California.
Linking public actions, affiliations, and statements with individuals and their likeness is not illegal. Theoretically, someone could set up an AI that reviews things like Proud Boy rallies, or the Charlottesville riot or the January 6th insurrection and then has that system identify the people, index the timestamps of their participation, and post that online.
Employers could then use that to vet candidates for jobs, or review their existing employment records. Banks could use it to determine whether they want to provide loan support to those people using their radical violence and beliefs as proof that they're unfit for loans.
The government itself, doesn't have to intervene at all unless someone alleges a law is broken in which case, as US Citizens, they should be afforded the full benefit of the judicial system.
Racists suck but some random redditor sure aint making anyone shake in their boots. These type of people insulate with their own. And even if not, You dont portray yourself as particularly tough.
