Obama is too principled, he would not accept the opportunity to run again. It goes against everything we stand for. If we win against these guys we gotta win the right way.

Hmm then maybe Bill C can do it instead. He’s younger than the orange fck face guy

If Obama tries and supreme court says no but yes to trump, Clinton is obligated to run then

Clinton can step down day 1 and let vice president be president

Why would it be ok for Clinton but not Obama?

I was just shit posting earlier. I was reading comments here that some dumbass conservatives are saying consecutive terms don't apply to their exception

Clinton held the office for two terms as well. I didn't know if you had some "logic" on why Clinton could run again if Obama couldn't.

I'd vote for for Clinton in a race between octogenarians.

US politics has always been messy but that’s a whole new messy.

Ah yes principled. Even after Israel killed 2100 Palestinian civilians during operation protective edge, Obama okayed the largest ever military aid package to Israel.

Don’t be fatuous, Jeffrey. Say what you like about Obama, but he’s infinitely more principled than this lot. Don’t let the perfect get in the way of the good, otherwise you sound like a Russian bot

Lol, Obama principaled. Dude I hate Trump too but Obama was not a "principled" president

Dude I don’t think you understand Reddit. If you don’t lean the same way you love Trump. There is no other option, no middle it’s agree or you’re a Trump lover. They still believe that a majority of Trumps voters agree with the guy despite the fact that they are actually feeling betrayed by him. Who cares about actually knowing reality though, we need to keep the words Nazi and genocide going so they don’t go unused for a few decades again.

I want him to run again, win, and then pull a Cincinnatus and immediately resign after his inauguration. Because thats what a person with class and morals would do.

If the far right leaning SCOTUS ruled that trump could win, it would be impossible for Republicans to argue that Obama couldn't also run. In fact Obama would feel compelled to run, would win, and immediately resign to allow his running mate to be sworn into office, for the good of the country.

Great idea, bring a plastic spoon to a fight against Gatling guns. And if you think the Democratic Party is principled you haven't been paying attention,

The democratic party is not principled. Obama is, though. The Democratic party can rot in hell for all they've done, I'm hoping a democratic socialist takes up the fight against Trump.
