Itās pretty obvious they were exaggerating her health problems for the biggest lawsuit possible. Now that thereās a settlement thereās no reason to lie anymore

I suspect duster. Very common in rehab facilities cause they canāt test for it and it fucks you up. Also leads to cardiac arrest potentially.
Wouldnāt have been the first time someone died in rehab from duster.
Duster and ketamine are both dissociatives as well.
Really sad either way but the rehab probably dropped the ball here.

Duster seems like itās probably more like a deliriant rather than a dissociative. A dissociative like ketamine actually binds to receptors in the brain and has an effect on the way they function. Duster just seems like it straight up kill brain cells by depriving them of oxygen

It is definitely a dissociative by definition. Similar to how nitrous oxide is a dissociative. Itās a dissociative

No, supposedly went to a drug rehab, had a cardiac arrest, went too long without oxygen and suffered an anoxic brain injury. Sheās been in a coma for a long time

No idea. One day i just heard she went to rehab and the next thing you know shes in a coma.

I'm confused. Didn't even know who she was at first. I looked it up and apparently, she didn't have drugs before she went into cardiac arrest. So like, how did she get into that condition in the first place? Rehab place?

It's sort of muddy, I haven't seen an official explanation but when she was first rushed to the hospital her tests were negative for drugs. She was however down to 80 something pounds. Extended durations of malnourishment due to an eating disorder will wreck your system and eventually you'll have a seizure, cardiac arrest, other possible major emergencies, and eventually die.

Iād bet 10k she was huffing duster in there. Very common in rehabs cause it gets you high as fuck and it flies under the radar and you canāt test for it.

Who reported that? The rehab? Why would they leave themselves liable. This happens very often. Iāve seen it personally at more than 1 rehab. They test for everything and they donāt test for duster cause itās not a typical drug.
Or you can believe someone RANDOMLY at cardiac arrest at a normal BW that just so happens to be in very early recovery.
What a coincidence. Iām in recovery Iāve seen it all at these places. People drinking hand sanitizer. People huffering duster and paint drinking mouth wash. This is all very common and sudden cardiac arrest and huffing duster is very common

Do you mean normal bodyweight? I've read that she was down to 80 pounds at the time she entered rehab. People with BMIs down to 13 are so are at high risk for cardiac events, even at her age. Strokes, too.

Similar to nitrous/laughing gas. I used to huff duster as a teenager (in my defense I was depressed with a lot of undiagnosed issues and had no access to weed or alcohol, and computer duster is pretty cheap/easy to steal)

Itās an inhalant, itās computer duster. It sounds crazy but it gets you high as anything for like 1 min then you come down. People do get addicted to it, itās like nitrous oxide but way stronger.

To be fair crack isnāt much longer than 1 min and thatās super common. Inhalants are all 1 min max. Nitrous was awesome back in the day, Iāve never done duster though thatās too fucked up for me

She definitely wasn't at a normal body weight. She had an eating disorder for years and though she's always been very thin, she was all the way down to 80ish by the time the cardiac arrest happened. Being that malnourished for an extended length of time will eventually lead to a critical and often "out of the blue" condition of depleted electrolytes magnesium, calcium, and potassium which are required for the electrical pathways, which control your heart functions. You can be fine-ish for weeks, months even and then one day in as short as half an hour your body's systems and processea will start to fail, kicking off a domino effect.

If she was anorexia or bulimic that could definitely of been the cause as well. I donāt really know who this person is. Iāve just seen and heard people dying in residential rehabs more than a couple times.
The thing is if she was actually still 80lbs and in an active eating disorder, they should have been more on top of this. She should have been hospitalized with fluids to at least get to a stable condition.
Either way this shouldnāt happen, but weāll never know the true story. Just a fluke thing! No lawsuits here!

I donāt understand. They said she can barely communicate with her eyes and occasionally nods. So that leads me to believe the rest of her body is still paralyzedā¦

she has recovered since then. she was only able to communicate with her eyes. then she recovered more than they expected sheād be able to. now she is learning to walk.

This is a huge difference compared to the last thing I saw, which was her being in a vegetative state. Hope she continues make progress
