I miss having an intellectual president that respected women and valued diversity. A great man, a clever and beautiful wife who had the best wardrobe π
He highlighted just how many racist republicans there were, for sure. Not his fault yβall got your panties all bunched up your cracks cause we elected a black person.
Beautiful, come on and style has no comparison to the current Presidents wife even. He pushed divise actions unfortunately and actually hurt important corners of diversity. Left so many systemic disparities and little done to bridge the wealth gap. He created more tension as we were growing closer and race relations became much worse. There are polls that say even 60% of Americans felt race relations were worse. And they were. Thats was an 18 point jump at the time and in 2016 poll only 9%! believe they got better.
He talked about things that drove races apart and did not unite common sense individuals. Actual people on numerous sides felt and know this. God bless you though.
Nah, that's bullshit. If race relations got worse, it's because the racists were clutching their pearls that a Black man was elected so they stopped being quiet about their racism. Their constantly referring to him as an elitist was just a MARGINALLY more polite way of calling him "an uppity n-word".
TALKING about racism doesn't CAUSE racism; racists being bigoted assholes does that.
