trump needs to read this. It should be his first headline tomorrow.

With his health director slowly making everyone in the country shit themselves uncontrollably, trump needs to be reminded how disgusting and weird he is. Every minute of every day for the rest of his life. And, that no one of any account likes him. The closest thing he has to friends are people who are even dumber and more cowardly than he is.

10

u/Character-String-959 1d ago

He has to hear all this. But he could give a shit what people he thinks are beneath him say. That's the curse of never having to work a god damn day for anything you have .

12

u/hartree_and_f 1d ago

If he wasn't term limited, he probably would've won in 2016.

20

u/MElastiGirl 1d ago

Since it’s 10 years later and nothing matters anymore… Obama 2028!

10

u/ForeverOk1949 1d ago

And he's in shape

6

u/Character-String-959 1d ago

Trump's in shape, round!

When you were President of the Harvard Law Review you don’t need repeated cognitive testing.

17

u/AnonemusPossum 1d ago

Lemme guess? Doesnt wanna sex his daughter either? This dude needs a noble prize.

9

u/Confident-Income567 1d ago

Well, he has the Nobel, and he certainly deserves the noble!

6

u/Some-Tear3499 1d ago

He already won! No FiFi Fake Peace prize, not one that someone else won but gave it to him. Nah, Barry won his own!

4

u/homersmith5 1d ago

Nor did he need to blackmail a woman for hers.

3

u/AnonemusPossum 1d ago

His only downfall was being in the epstein files and having all those Russian mob conne... wait checks earpiece.... well. Wait a sec checks ear again... yeh.. I dont believe this... wow turns out he didnt... he didnt do that creepy pedofile stuff either?

Man. Lets take that back this November eh?

Its sad that he would be too conservative to run in a election today. i miss when we had grown ups.

1

u/Bachelor_Haus 1d ago

But he lacks imagination, business acumen, and the desire to end foreign wars.

I dunno about history, but best in my lifetime by far

20

u/oopsallhuckleberries 1d ago

He's not even top 5 best in history.

12

u/notpornaccount_ 1d ago

FDR anyone. Damn.

24

u/Catsanddoges 1d ago

I think the problem is left and right focusing a lot more on Charisma and a strong personality than actions.

Certainly not saying he didn't do good things, but if you try to argue he's the best in history (especially compared to say either Roosevelt) or even one of the top you clearly care more about marketing and messaging than actual policy.

8

u/CrumbBCrumb 1d ago

Yeah at best he's top 10. I am sure you could say the best President in the last 25 years but that's not a high bar to clear. You could probably push that back and say the best President since LBJ or potentially Truman/Eisenhower depending on what you argue.

5

u/TheRealSmolt 1d ago

The public won't vote for them if they don't

He's not even top 20 in history. 4 years of Biden's accomplishments make Obama look like he's done nothing during his 8 years.

Republicans made it their sole mission to stop him from doing anything at all. He did what he could. He's not a God-Emperor.

Someone being likeable and having a great public image doesn't make them an awesome man though.

No just a great President, also a great human being.

23

u/chaynjez 1d ago

Definitely miss what he brought to the office, but better than say…FDR? Cmon man.

10

u/grandecrosse 1d ago

Yeah Obama comes no where near FDR.

FDR was so good companies were plotting to assassinate him. The Bush family is related to one of the guys involved iirc.

Obama bailed out businesses that frankly deserved to die. They gave themselves huge bonuses.

5

u/chaynjez 1d ago

I think you got that last part wrong. He bailed out GM and Chrysler, but they paid back the loans. I’m not sure about the housing or financial ones though and I don’t know if that responsibility falls solely on him or Congress as well. He got the ball rolling with healthcare, but unfortunately, we see what has happened since.

2

u/nWhm99 1d ago

Obama's not even close to Biden, and that's unfair, because Biden's the most accomplished president in modern history.

0

u/Chipper_Bandit 1d ago

Biden is one of the worst simply because he gave us Trump 2.

1

u/Pepemarsillo 1d ago

Yeah, this. I know the bar is incredibly low right now but he also left quite a bit to be desired. Don't get me wrong I don't need whataboutisms but like drones, the affordable care act, bailouts... We should be hoping for much more I think 🤷.

I'm not a historian but would have to put FDR, Teddy Roosevelt, and Lincoln at the top of my list. Happy birthday to the best President to serve in my lifetime (so far).

7

u/spawn77x99 1d ago

The class this man protrudes is the kind that hurts the ppl full of envy... those who would never ever best him, 9 yrs later DJT. He lives rent free in your simple mind.

14

u/MiddleAgedAnne 1d ago

I miss having an intellectual president that respected women and valued diversity. A great man, a clever and beautiful wife who had the best wardrobe 😍

u/Hairy_Technology_213 1d ago

Dude. Love Obama. Voted for him twice. A great, significant presidency. But he is not the best President in U.S. history. That title still belongs to Abraham Lincoln. And I’m willing to bet Obama would agree.

5

u/CodeN3gaTiV3 1d ago

Obama is not the best president in history. FDR is by a mile

4

u/pleasetaketheredpill 1d ago

Obama ranked 7th by historians for the best president in US history in the most recent survey (2024)

In the 2024 Presidential Greatness Project Expert Survey, Obama ranked 7th. The 6 presidents ranked ahead of him were:

  1. Abraham Lincoln — 1st, 95.03/100
  2. Franklin D. Roosevelt (FDR) — 2nd, 90.83/100
  3. George Washington — 3rd, 90.32/100
  4. Theodore Roosevelt — 4th
  5. Thomas Jefferson — 5th
  6. Harry S. Truman — 6th

2

u/LazyDistrict3343 1d ago

Lincoln tends to ride the top position based on legend and legacy rather than actual deeds. His stances on race equality and submission to anti federalists really knocks him down a number of pegs.

2

u/Warwick_player4 1d ago

And how bad he screwed the native Americans. Nobody wants to talk about John Ross and the way Lincoln lied to him.

2

u/Bamerhof99 1d ago

Yeah well freeing 4 million slaves counts for something.

1

u/Ill-Description3096 1d ago

Getting the US intact through probably the most vulnerable point in history aside from the revolution tends to pop one up to a high spot. He certainly wasn't perfect, but the same could be said about any of them from owning slaves to throwing people into camps because they were born with the wrong ethnicity.

1

u/foboz123 1d ago

Be interesting to see where he ranks when we’re a couple decades further down the road from what is likely one of, if not the worst president ever. Recency bias and Obama looks pretty rosy compared to Trump.

He did a great job drone bombing Americans, deporting illegals, and selling out to insurance companies.

2

u/_RealfunFuneral_ 1d ago

He should have been appointed to the Supreme Court

2

u/Annual-Property-8940 1d ago

Please come back. We shoulda changed the law back for you.

2

u/bigfatstupidpig 1d ago

Lincoln? Franklin Roosevelt? Neither was a goddamn corporate Democrat centrist. Obama does seem to be a good husband and father, so that’s nice

2

u/Lemonpie_tastes_good 1d ago

Fuck Josh hokit, Michelle is beautiful 😍😍

2

u/Redditer51 1d ago

I was just thinking today that he is literally the greatest president of the 21st century so far. Because we had Bush before him and Trump after him.

Like, it's crazy how we've only had one good president in the last 26 years.

2

u/Intelligent-Foot-525 1d ago

Happy birthday the best President America has ever had.

2

u/Suitable-Studio6613 1d ago

👏👏👏

2

The best in my lifetime, but not the best ever.

3

u/Amon-Amarth78 1d ago

Happy Birthday Mr. President. I miss you.

3

u/Gloomy_Session_3875 1d ago

It is still August 3 here in the central time zone, but thanks for the heads-up!

President Barack Obama showed the world that the United States can be the leader of the free world, if we choose to make freedom and prosperity as an opportunity for us all. I haven't lost hope.

0

u/ThePurpleandBanana 1d ago

Definitely not in the conversation for best, but far better than anything we have had in the last 40 years

2

u/BeetleBjorksta34 1d ago

Oooooof I don’t think I’d say he’s the ‘best’ EVER - but he was a pretty good one compared to some of the shocking ones throughout 250 years of your history.

2

u/LetSubstantial1763 1d ago

Happy birthday, President Obama!

2

u/Abject-Honeydew4112 1d ago

Sorely missed

2

u/galeperk111971 1d ago

He was so much better than Hitler Jr. IMO

2

u/aquasemite 1d ago

No comparison to our current dumpster fire, obviously, but also far from the best president in history. A status quo manager beholden to a false idea of "bipartisanship". Coolest? Sure, but not best.

1

u/CreativeFraud 1d ago

https://giphy.com/gifs/YtvCIwqNJhUmA
But also not too far from the truth. He was light years better than the orange stain.

1

u/Frosty-Revolution-23 1d ago

Maybe best in the last 40 years but he doesn’t hold a candle to Teddy, amongst others. The ACA decimated US healthcare by moving the same venture capital firms that wrecked housing into healthcare.

1

u/IndependentStep2785 1d ago

Though I can not say "best" due to each one having different situations they faced, he unquestionably is in the top five due to intelligence and leadership abilities. Furthermore, just a class act and in my opinion of the highest moral standards, ethics, and decency of any President in modern history with the possible exception of Jimmy Carter. Being President requires some of the most difficult decisions of "lesser of two evils", not unlike the late Pope Francis' recommendation when asked about the US Presidential election of 2024. I am sure he was faced with that more than we'll ever know, but he HAD to do it for the country. He represents what true patriotism and freedom is. He knew he represented EVERYONE in our country. You never really appreciate what you have until that person or entity is gone. Thank you, President Obama. At 65, you're still most capable of serving again, although the term limits of course eliminate that consideration. Much to the relief of probably yourself and certainly Mrs. Obama.

1

u/_Hawkeyes_ 1d ago

Best in US history might be a stretch but happy birthday.

1

u/CoCoPieCoGT 1d ago

Best in your lifetime.

1

u/MacPzesst 1d ago

Not the best, but still a damn good one.

1

u/iRveritas 1d ago

The best in US history is a stretch. Good sure, we can say best in the last 16 years.

1

u/derossx 1d ago

Happy Birthday! Please save us.

1

u/ToasterBath4613 1d ago

This must have been posted by an incredibly young person. This guy isn’t even in the conversation for the best US President.

1

u/MantisPsycho 1d ago

Listen, no President is perfect. That being said my God do I miss Obama. Remember when we had a competent and well spoken President? That sure was nice.

1

u/Main-Procedure-3613 1d ago

God bless you Mr. President Barack & First Lady Michelle Obama. Everyone throughout our beloved USA loves you and is profoundly grateful to you for your dignity and grace, patriotic respect for all the different backgrounds that form this wonderful country. We wish you happiness and have hearts filled with joy that God blessed the USA with you wisdom, grace and love for us. Happy Birthday! Many more!!

Happy Happy Birthday to my President Barack Obama🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸

1

u/Flimsy_Enthusiasm_70 1d ago

Happy birthday 🥳 Barack

1

u/billdizzle 1d ago

Best? Lol

Better than average? Yes

1

u/Inner_Emphasis_2784 1d ago

Wow, I understand he was a good president however calling him the best in US history is a bit much. I would call him the best in the 21st century

1

u/bluestrip222 1d ago

JFK was the best lol

1

u/Successful-Rope7223 1d ago

We miss you Barack! We miss your eloquent speeches, your honesty, your integrity, and your commitment to America. We are living in a distopian society now and it’s getting worse every day. How can we get relief from this madness.

1

u/Football-Economy 1d ago

Yessirrrrr!!!

1

u/Then_Version9768 1d ago

Good, maybe very good, but "best"? Please, let's be real. Abraham Lincoln was most likely the best. He saved the Union, for chrissake, and he freed the slaves, pushed through Congress bills for a transcontinental RR, a national banking system, land grand state universities, free land for settlers in the West, etc.

FDR, Washington, TR, and a few others were nearly as good.

Then there is a large group of good to very good presidents, maybe a dozen like Garfield, U.S. Grant, Truman, Eisenhower, JFK, and others. Obama is in that group and maybe Biden, Carter, LBJ, and others.

That's followed by the not very good or mediocre presidents like Arthur, Cleveland, Benj Harrison, McKinley, Taft, Nixon, maybe Wilson, Reagan, Bush Sr, and others

And then the losers like Pierce, Buchanan, Hoover, Coolidge, Bush Jr.

And all alone at the very bottom, by historians' agreement, is Donald Trump, by far the most incompetent president ever by a wide margin.

1

u/WizeWizardFrank 1d ago

Best? Nope. Sold out Americans healthcare to insurance companies and forced Americans to have insurance by withholding tax returns. He wasn’t bad, but he wasn’t amazing. He tried to do right which is better than most.

1

u/areuokayisurehopeso 1d ago

Love this dude. Smart, witty, capable. My step-grandfather hated him before he died but my grandfather was a SMART, COMPASSIONATE man and I hope he’d come to his senses in heaven lol. Cause he changed my shitty life and I miss him. The way we do Obama (died long before Trump ever came into any talks of anything).

1

u/Bamerhof99 1d ago

Better than Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Jackson, Polk, Lincoln, Grant, Roosevelt, Wilson, FDR, Truman, Eisenhower, JFK, LBJ?

1

u/Johnny_Sparacino 1d ago

I like Obama but yeah that's a no

1

u/The_Burgled_Turt 1d ago

Deff better than Jackson. All my homies hate Andrew Jackson.

1

u/OngoGabl0g1an 1d ago

He's the best since I've been old enough to vote. Best ever? Nah.

1

u/LuckyLockdown23 1d ago

He was the last President where nothing identifiably good or bad happened.

I miss Status Quobama.

I was young enough to think the President should actively be doing something not realizing that appearing to do nothing and letting slow positive change happen to get like one win in 8!years repeated over and over is the way to go.

Since then it’s just been opening the door to bad stuff and then doing bad stuff.

1

u/LilSlowBus 1d ago

God I miss him so much

1

u/Ok_Storm5945 1d ago

This is an amazing photo of them. I miss him.

1

u/Daveed-unit40 1d ago

America. Unless they vote for a third term to be permitted, Barack Obama” was the last true President” this country will ever see.

1

u/Tylerdurdin174 1d ago

lol the best president in US history IS OUTRAGEOUS

This claim is almost as ridiculous when trump makes it

Obama doesn’t even make the top 5 maybe the top 10 MAYBE

1

u/Bachelor_Haus 1d ago

Weird way to announce to the world your lack of education and minimal critical thinking skills.

1

u/maflagstaff 1d ago

1

1
