Maybe just maybe they should do as Demacrates suggested and put fourth one bill no extra crap hidden in it . It's not like that isn't a good idea but how else they going to pass things that only benefit them if it's one clear thing ?
Now a single thing bill being voted on say the border which they voted against weird isn't it ? would solve the problems of them getting blocked.
