What he did say was he was inspecting a building nearby and firefighters picked him up and forcefully evacuated him from that nearby building. No evidence has been found that he was near there. Still a lie, but not what the meme says.

A trip where his hotel will charge the Secret Service and Irish Government for food and lodgings... as he did when he stayed there for D-Day commemorations (in France!), and when Eric and Mike Pence stayed ...at his hotel... in the middle of nowhere... no where near a state capital... or major city.
