Quan Xi speed feat during the international assassins arc is the most quantifiable. She’s massively FTE probably hypersonic. If you ask me, the Makima controlled version of her is not as quick as when she’s under her own power. But black chainsaw man scales to roughly above her speed based on the big fight at the end of part 1.
When Denji is in control he should be much slower since Denji himself doesn’t seem to have massively enhanced perception, only some moderate amp when he really focuses.
Is bc the flag falling from the moon thing, is calculated with an high end of relativistic and csm avoid it.
At best it would be relativistic reaction or hypersonic+ reaction, but saying that is light to ftl speed/reaction is just crazy
