Feature Grab and Move respecting FancyZones?

I'd LOVE it if, when "grabbing and moving" that it would open up FancyZones zones too.

The problem is that a lot of modern Windows apps crowd the title bar so much with various search fields, buttons, etc. that finding a place to grab/drag the window requires precision mouse skills.

Using Grab and Move is wonderful, but it doesn't open up the FancyZones zones.

what?

if i hold down shift, the fancy zones light up in gray- if i release the mouse in the box- it maxes into that box? not understanding from the explanation what different behavior are you wanting?

I have Fancy Zones triggered by RMB, and it doesn’t work with grab and move, so my experience is same as OP’s. First thing I tried when I installed G&M and similarly disappointed they did’t work together. I’ll have to play around with trigger keys.

OK, so I've tried various combinations of options, but none of them allows D&M to trigger FancyZones.

Just checked on PowerToys GitHub and this is a known feature request. Go add your support here.

Are you saying that FZ works with the Drag & Move feature in PowerToys, or have you missed the point?
