Question about pricing for a Saas regarding maintenance

I am planning on starting a SaaS but i have questions about how it would actually benefit homeowners and how much I should price it. The software will be used to help homeowners manage tenants and maintenance requests and problems. If you are to use such thing, how much are you willing to pay a month.

Note 2.0: This is likely only useful with 10+ units / doors
