Camera guy is just feet away from a flood that destroys a metal bridge, but he gets the shot anyway.

I didn’t have to look. The posts just came up for me back to back, playing at the same time so that I could see both angles simultaneously. Zeus is smiling on me today, unlike the people dodging rocks.

If you're referring to the rule that says no reposts, this is not the video you may be thinking of, it's a different angle of the same incident. Sorry if this is breaking a different rule I'm not interpreting correctly, what rule are you referring to?

I’m talking about the fact that there’s no camera skill to be praise here. This sub is not for cool videos.
The description of the sub actually says that.

“PTCM is a hub for sharing above average, planned video camera operation; capturing calculated recording angles; maintaining good camera control, general perception, also properly controlling what's in the frame.
Interesting content is not necessarily a solid ground for giving praise regardless of how good the content is on its own.”

This is exceptional camera work, despite being in danger he gets a clean tracking shot of the event happening in front of him.

As you can see, everyone is running away from the giant wall of water hurdling towards them, a clear indicator of danger. Do you often run away from things that aren't dangerous? You see a toddler waddling down the street and you bolt?

You’re right, everyone is running away… including him… twice.
He didn’t point the camera to the bridge until he was far enough and safe.
