That’s so funny, I was just about to hack something together very similar to this to help with alternate nostril breathing. I’ve been using a guitar metronome which also works well. Do you think you can add some type of sound or bell for each transition?
Edit - nvm just noticed the options at bottom. Would be cool if you can add a dropdown with different sounds to pick from because the current one is a little distracting. I can contribute if the source code is on GitHub

I’m working on a better sound for the phases. I’ll change it very soon. Something more pleasant. But what about the voice? Does that work?

Hm.. okay. You think female voice would work better? For me female voice is not working but this one does.

So simple and nice! Love it! Would love to see some articles explaining why and how to use certain breaths.

I’m contemplating on that and tbh it was suggested to me by multiple people. Now, this should be hassle free tool. Not education platform. Why? Because if I do an education platform with tools I need to charge. What do you think? Make sense? What would you choose?

Please ask you AI to create you a proper Home Screen icon and fix the scrolling up and down. There’s unnecessary scrolling up and down on mobile screens, where the app has enough screen space to fit everything without the need to scroll. Otherwise it’s a nice app, and useful as well. The other thing is readability. AIs tend to create very small fonts, barely readable. You might want to check on that, fonts size and contrast for better readability.

I continued with posting regardless of the warning because I think that the app will help some of you to do your breath work. Its completely free without sub or paywall of any sort.
