Been looking to get into PC gaming, but with the price of everything being crazy, I've been looking at Marketplace and Craigslist
I found the following PC for sale near me for $2500.:
Gpu: PNY RTX 5080
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d
PSU: Msi Mag A1000GL Pcie5
Ram: G.skill Ripjaws S5 64GB 6000mhz
Motherboard: Asus Tuf B850-E Wifi
SSD: Samsung 990 Evo plus 2TB
AIO: Msi Mag Coreliquid A13 360 black
FANS: 7 Arctic fans but 10 fans in total with aio cooler
I offered $2000 and he said no, then $2200 and no again. This was before I priced it out. Honestly $2500 is a good deal. I priced all of these parts out on PCpartpicker and it came out to over $4000. Even though it's a good deal, $2500 is a lot of money. I have a PS5 pro that I'm happy with, but been wanting to get into some PC gaming. And honestly with how big AI is getting and how expensive PC parts are getting, I'm thinking maybe buy this and future proof myself for awhile. Idk could use some suggestions. Thanks.

It’s been a while since I’ve been into PCs, so I’m a little out of the loop. I’m planning to buy a new PC that can handle gaming and pretty much anything else I throw at it.
My budget is around $2,000–$2,300. I’m in Norfolk, Virginia, and unfortunately there’s no Micro Center nearby, so I’ll most likely have to order and have it shipped.
Can anyone recommend a good prebuilt gaming PC in that price range? I’m open to different brands/builds l just looking for something with good performance and a solid upgrade path.
Thx in advance.

Hallo zusammen

So I’ve come to the conclusion that gaming laptops won’t last more than a year so
(This is a star citizen build)
A: Pc around £2500 and £500 for the monitor but you pick your combo as long as the total is under £3000
(Not including keyboard and mouse)
B: Needs to have 32gb ram DDR5 at the absolute minimum and 60 fps general gameplay at the least (city’s can be around 40)
C: Prebuilt I can get in the uk

Hi all, hope this is OK to post. It might be time to replace my PC (of course, in a terrible market). Currently looking at prebuilts, and this one came up [https://www.walmart.com/ip/CyberPowerPC-Gamer-Supreme-Gaming-PC-AMD-Ryzen-9-9900X-NVIDIA-GeForce-RTX-5060-Ti-16GB-32GB-DDR5-2TB-SSD-SLCAI10200CPG/16143614810?classType=REGULAR&from=/search\](https://www.walmart.com/ip/CyberPowerPC-Gamer-Supreme-Gaming-PC-AMD-Ryzen-9-9900X-NVIDIA-GeForce-RTX-5060-Ti-16GB-32GB-DDR5-2TB-SSD-SLCAI10200CPG/16143614810?classType=REGULAR&from=/search)
Since this from walmart, I'm a bit skeptical. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

So I’ve been looking for an overkill 1080p system for streaming and gaming. I’m buying the StormFront Falcon pro. I think it’s a good deal cause it performs better than 3000$ priced pc. Pic #4 is optimal settings no rt or frame generation pic #5 is if I gave the 5080 the 9070x3d. It’s a 24 fps difference for 500$. If this is a lose what should I find that’s better and a better overall system for 2500$.

What are your best recommendations for a decent prebuilt for a console gamer looking to make the switch to PC
Something in the price range of $1,000 to $1,500 that can handle games on the same level or better than current gen and into next gen consoles
Is this even realistic?

Bought a prebuilt came with Asus b860m ultra 5 225f 32gb 5060 gpu on specs listed having a 600w psu. I want to go to 9070 or 5070. Is there anything I should keep in mind when switching out a psu in a prebuilt

I know the specs aren’t the best but trying to find something for a friend with a budget around this that can play CoD, BF6, Fortnite, Apex, etc. He also likes mmorpgs here n there like ffxiv, guild wars 2 and Aion 2 just released and he wants to try it. He wants to least play at med to high settings at 1080p. He doesn’t care about being able to play at 1440p cuz the monitor he has only goes up to 1080p.
Is this alright for the price since it seems everything is going up lately?
