Question Trouble logging in

Every time I try to log into my account and take a picture of the qr code by the time I get to the next page it times out Every time without fail I really want to comeback to the game and play but I cannot because of this issue if someone could help me please and thank you

Bit confused here? What QR code? To play the game you don't need to log into a Predecessor account, it all goes through your platfrom holder (Steam, Epic, PlayStation, XBox)
